You can manage a lot of stuff like App Stores, Seamless Payment Apps, Location Awareness, Reward Points, and CRM Settings from under this section of ACP. Having backend access to the app store is a must as there are a lot of configurations that need consideration. For example - Location changes, delivery area edits, third party integrated apps and so on.

App Store

Apps work as a source to enhance the functionality of any web store. It also helps attract a wide range of customers, especially in this era. Competing with the latest trends in e-tailing business, tailor-made Apps have been designed to evolve the business for good. From this interface, you can add as many Apps as you require to the store by clicking on Add To Store.

To make Install Apps, you will need to:

  • Login to ACP
  • Navigate to Apps
  • Click on App Store

You will find a list of existing or Installed Apps and a list of Available Apps.

Installed Apps

You will find apps like Reward Point, Location Awareness, Seamless Payment, Capillary Points, etc. here. You can click on Read More to read more about these existing apps. It will give you a brief overview of the app. You can also add new apps to this section by installing available apps from the app store.

Available Apps

You will find a list of available apps here. Click on Add To Store to install these apps and add them to the Installed Apps section. Click on Read More to get a gist of these apps.

Seamless Payment App

Seamless Payment configuration helps your customers to get the seamless payment experience through our API. End-user will be displayed the necessary fields to enter Credit Card details securely during checkout on your page, then the user's Card details are verified by us, and passed to PG for payment authentication. As the payment process is simplified, the chances for user drop-offs and hops also reduce.

  • To use this feature, SSL should be enabled for your domain.

Capillary CRM Settings

The CRM Configuration interface comes under the function named Reward Points. Capillary's Reward Points increases your customers loyalty and engagement by earning and burning these points for the purchases at your store. With the help of this configuration, you can do the earnings as well as burning of the points. Because of this, Capillary can be used as a Loyalty Program as well as a Payment Gateway.

In order to make changes to this configuration, you will need to:

  • Login to ACP
  • Navigate to Apps
  • Click on Reward Points
  • Click on CRM Configuration

You can define suitable values to your required Category attributes so that when the orders are raised against the products of those categories, logs will be created and posted to Capillary CRM for their respective use. You can also configure to send user profile data through the system to Capillary CRM after user registration, so that user will be registered at Capillary for getting the reward points after placing Orders. It allows you to manage the minimum and maximum number of points that can be redeemed.

Capillary Configuration

Here, you will have to fill in the required Capillary Configuration details and update it.

  • API Username - Fill in the username or tick mark the Use Available Location till id to take one from the existing id.
  • API Password - Fill in the password in the box.
  • Environment - Select one of the three from the drop-down: Dev server, Stage Server and Production Server.
  • ProductionHUB - Select one from the drop down, based on your location.
  • Capillary Unique Identifier - Select one from: Customer Type, Loyalty Points, Customer Slab and High CLTV.
  • Minimum Points required to attempt redemption - Fill in the minimum point value in the box.
  • Maximum redeemable points per order - Fill in the maximum point value in the box.
  • Referral Campaign Token - Fill in the token value which you got from the referral (of any)
  • If you want to skip the redemption OTP, tick mark it.
  • Enable CRM Registration if you want to enable it.
  • Is CRM Registration First - It basically checks if the user exists on the CRM site or not.
  • Post Subscription Data - Tick mark it if you want the data before logging in to the site.
  • Update user data from CRM login - If you want to update the user data from the CRM from before logging in, tick mark.

Click on Update to save these changes.

Loyalty Integration

The Loyalty Integration looks into the CRM login matters. It includes details related to prepaid orders and customer mobile ordering issues.

  • Push Orders To CRM - To enable this, mark tick.
  • For Prepaid Orders, Push Orders to CRM when order gets delivered - Once the order is prepaid, it is not sent to CRM until it is delivered to the actual user.
  • Push Orders to CRM even if Customer Mobile isn't available - Mark this if you want to deliver order even when the ordering device is not available.

Click on Save to save these changes.

Product Attribute Mapping

This feature is used when you want to send a user purchasing a sale. For example: if BIBA is taking product order of a product that is of red colour and of size 32, then the suggestions will be shown of the same kind.

Click on Save to save these and on Add New to add a new attribute mapping.

When you click on Add New, a small tab will appear. Select the desired product attribute from the drop down:

  • Colour
  • Style
  • Sleeve
  • Neck
  • Fit

And then fill in the desired attribute value in the given box. Click on Add and the mapping will be added.

Location Awareness

This interface allows you to make basic changes to the location of the apps. The customer's location can be tracked down or filled in with the help of this feature. You will find Location Awareness when you:

  • Login to ACP
  • Navigate to Apps
  • Click on Location Awareness

Basic Settings

  • Select Location By - Select either Search (if you want to search the location) or Location names (if you want to fill in the location name) from the two given options.
  • Show Popup Load - Mark tick on hide if you don't want to show it and vice versa.
  • Enable Delivery Mode - If you want the delivery mode to be available by the customers, click on home delivery, or else click on pickup. You can also select the default location from the drop down.
  • Enable Favourite Store - To enable it, tick mark the given checkbox.
  • Choose one of the Restrict Popup on below pages and Allow popup on below pages and then enter the url of the required pages separated by a comma in the given box.

IP Track Settings

  • Tick mark the check box to enable IP Tracking and choose the preferred country from the drop-down. Check box one of the Home delivery or Pickup boxes.
  • Use the location if IP is not found in the IP database. Choose one from the given drop-down.
  • Select another location for crawlers from the drop down.
  • Choose the delivery mode as default and select one from the drop-down.

Click on Save to save all these changes. Click on Uninstall to not use it and uninstall it.

Catalog Importer

It might be somewhat tiresome for manually adding a large number of products to your Control Panel. But, our Catalogue importer does all the hard work for you and ensures hassle free imports of Product data from your configured FTP/SFTP locations.

All you need is to create ˜FTP Importer Lists for updating your Catalogue/Stock/Prices. Against each importer list, upload a sample product file (in .tsv or .csv format) that is corresponding to the files that are going to be uploaded at respective FTP/SFTP location, and map your product fields with the predefined product fields of Control Panel. Then upload the files in respective FTP/SFTP locations in .tsv or .csv format.

Features:

  • Easy imports of Catalogue/Stock/Price data from your FTP/SFTP locations to the Control Panel.
  • Once FTP configuration is done and product fields are mapped, then the respective data will be automatically updated in the Control Panel through a specific service run frequently.
  • Updates the Catalogue/Stock/Price data as per the frequency is defined by you.
  • Similarly, if you have made any changes in the respective files that are uploaded to the corresponding FTP/SFTP location, then respective data will be updated as per the defined frequency in the importer list.
