Bulk Additional Content

The interface provides you with an option of downloading additional content, including videos, documents, additional images (other than basic large/small images), additional special features like View 360 (to show a product in 360 degrees) and so on.

To make these changes, you will need to:

• Login to ACP
• Navigate to Products
• Click on Bulk Tools
• Click on Bulk Imagery Content Download

You can download the product additional content of a single category or multiple categories in one go. You can find the list of selected categories, download status, total rows/downloaded rows against download task under Import Tasks section.

Under Select Category, choose the category from the given options and click on 'Generate file' to generate the content. Then, under Import Tasks, the task history will be shown with its date and time, categories, status, total and downloaded rows, and actions.

Upload

Here, you will have to upload the downloaded additional content.

To do so, you will need to:

• Login to ACP
• Navigate to Products
• Click on Bulk Tools
• Click on Bulk Imagery Content Upload

Download the default Upload Additional Content Excel format by clicking on the link and browse under the Upload Excel section. Scroll down and you will find the task history of latest uploads.

During each upload, you can find the upload status, total rows, failed rows due to validation and exceptions being updated in runtime under the Product Attribute Uploads section. You can download the respective uploaded attributes data by clicking the Excel icon under the Actions column. You can delete a log by clicking on delete. You can also view the log summary by clicking on the Error Log icon under Actions.
