Complete steps on how to setup the Ecom instance

Introduction

  • When you log into the control panel, the Dashboard page is the first page you view by default

  • This page gives you a fast overview of crucial information about your business and related markets (if any)

  • Updates on 'Order Trends,' 'Visitor Trends,' 'Top Categories by Sale,' and 'Top Categories by Products' can be found here.

  • Whenever Alerts (i.e. System Alerts/Messages) and Announcements (i.e. Announcements/Notifications) are generated/announced, you may find them here.

  • When your SMS credits reach a certain threshold, relevant warnings will appear in the Alerts tab.

Follow these steps to gain access to the Dashboard page:

  • Use your User Name (Email Address) and Password to access the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel.'

  • The 'Dashboard' page will be displayed to you.

       (**Note**: If you're already logged in to the control panel, select the Home Page                                              icon and then the Dashboard tab to get to the 'Dashboard' page.)
    

How can I access the control panel's 'alerts' and 'announcements'?

Do the following to check the 'system alerts/messages' and 'announcements':

  • Use your User Name (Email Address) and Password to access the 'Anywhere Commerce Control Panel.'

  • The 'Dashboard' page will be displayed to you.
    (Note: If you're already logged in to your Control Panel, select the Home Page icon and then the Dashboard tab to get to this page.)

System Alerts/Messages:

Click the Alerts tab (if present) in the 'Dashboard' page to view the 'system alerts/messages.'

  • As indicated in the illustration, this tab will display all of the 'System Alerts/Messages.'
  • Note that the following system alerts/messages can be displayed:
  • Any system-generated warnings.
  • If your SMS credits have fallen between 500 and 200, please contact us.
  • If you've used up all of your SMS credits,
  • If the SMS credits on the platform level of Anywhere Commerce are fewer than 500.

The platform level SMS alerts are only for obtaining the appropriate notification from you in order to top-up the platform level SMS credits if we have missed it due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If the inventory of one or more products/product variations has reached the 'Reorder Stock Level,' the product will be reordered.
  • If the inventory of one or more products/product variations has reached the 'Reserve Quantity' that has been set.
  • If the inventory of one or more products/product variants reaches the 'Stock Alert Quantity,' the system will alert you.

Announcements/Notifications:

Click the Announcements tab (if accessible) in the 'Dashboard' page to examine the 'announcements/notifications.'

This tab will show all of the 'announcements/notifications'.

The 'Announcements' tab will appear only if there are any 'announcements/notifications,' and it will be visible for a certain period of time until the relevant 'announcement/notification' is no longer valid.

  • Any unique communications, such as site maintenance, advancements in Control Panel functionality, or any special/occasion notification from us, are examples of announcements/notifications.
  • The Records Each Page drop-down allows you to change the amount of announcements per page.

Store Information

The store information area contains detailed information about your company, such as the name of the store, CST and VAT numbers, 'Corporate Address,' Store Location on Google Map, 'Contact Person Details,' and 'Description or Profile of your Company.'

  • The data saved here may be utilized to customize your store's different pages, such as 'Contact Us' and 'About Us.'
  • In Order Invoices, the indicated 'Store Name' and 'Address' will be shown.
  • The given Email Id will be used for communication, and order emails will be sent to this address.
  • How can I update or add information about my online store?

To add your Web store's details, do the following:

Go to the Store Information section of the Dashboard page.

  • In the Company/Store Name text box, type the name of your store or business.

  • In the CST Number text box, type your CST number.

  • In the VAT Number text box, type your VAT number.

  • In the Address text box, provide your store's precise address.

  • Simply drag and drop the pointer (locator) on the 'Google Map' if you know where your shop is located.

  • In the Name of the Contact Person text fields, type the name of the contact person.

  • In the Phone No. text box, type the contact person's landline phone number (including country code).

  • In the Mobile No. text box, type the contact person's mobile phone number (with country code).

The Settings » Store Information » Address tabs also allow you to add/edit your store's information.
