Stock Movement

The stock movement interface helps you transfer the stock from one location to another, or sometimes within a location. It can also be done to any Vendor as per requirement. You can create the stock movement either for individual SKUs or for bulk SKUs. You can save the stock movement as a draft any number of times and edit/delete as and when required. But, if you confirm the stock movement, neither it can be modified or deleted. You can also move the stock of a GRN or Sheif either completely or partially.

To make these edits, you need to:

  • Login to ACP

  • Navigate to Products

  • Click on Stock Management

  • Click on Stock Movement

Stock Movement Report

Here, you will have to fill in the basic details about the stock.

  • View Type - Select one of the two from the drop down menu: Summary Mode or SKU Mode.

  • Stock Transfer - Select one from the drop-down menu: Within Location or Different Location.

  • Location - Select the required location from the drop-down.

  • From Shelf/Bin - Only after selecting the location, you can use this option. Click on Select. A new tab will appear with a shelf code and type. Select a shelf and click on Submit. Now, the front zone will appear on the right.

  • To shelf/bin - Select the 'to' shelf/bin from the tab and the to zone will appear on the right.

  • Status - Select one of the status from the drop down: Draft, Confirm or Partial Confirm.

  • SKU/Variant SKU - Fill in the Variant SKU in the given box.

  • Stock Transfer Date - Select the date on which the stock is to be transferred from the calendar.

  • Stock Transfer no. - Fill in the stock transfer number in the given box.

  • From Date - Select the 'from' date from the calendar.

  • To Date - Select the 'to' date from the calendar.

Click on Search to search.

Now, you can either export these details to Excel or export them to pdf, as per your choice in order to Download it.

You can also check task history by clicking on Task History. To create a new stock movement, click on Create Stock Movement given at the bottom of the screen. A new page will open. Now here, select the required location from the drop down and fill in the required details of the Stock Transfer. Then, click on Confirm and a new stock movement will be created.

Stock Adjustment

The Stock Adjustment interface helps you create and manage stock adjustments within a location in order to track and update inventory of that location. Stock adjustments are required when you notice a difference in physically available stock and inventory as per the records. You can edit or delete stock adjustments till they are in the draft stage. Once the adjustment is confirmed, then you can only view and print the adjustment. No changes can be made after.

To perform this adjustment, you will need to:

  • Login to ACP
  • Navigate to Products
  • Click on Stock Management
  • Click on Stock Adjustment

Stock Adjustment Report

A stock management report will appear. Fill in the required details.

  • View Type - Select one of the view types from the drop down: Summary Mode or SKU Mode.
  • Location - Choose one of the locations from the drop-down.
  • Status - Select one from the three given statuses: Draft, Confirm, or Partial Confirm.
  • Adjustment Mode - Select one of the: Increasing Stock or Decreasing Stock.
  • SKU Variant - Fill km the variant in the given box.
  • Shelf/Bin - Click on select and perform further actions.
  • Fill in the 'from' and 'to' date from the calendar.

Click on Search to begin the search. Again, you can either Download this information in the form of Excel or Pdf.
You can also check task history by clicking on Task History.

To create a new Stock Adjustment, click on Create Stock Adjustment and a new page will appear. Fill in the basic details, such as the location and click on Confirm to create it.

Product Stock Report

With this feature of ACP, you can generate the product stock report of its location, Product Title, Shelf or SKU. You can also download the generated product stock report. The report displayed the total stock, sellable stock (the stocks kept in Good Shelves) and stock under picking process (stock segregated against the Authorised Orders) for further analysis.

In order to perform all this, you need to:

  • Login to ACP
  • Navigate to Products
  • Click on Stock Management
  • Click on Product Stock Report

Search Options
A new page will appear. Here, fill in the 'Search Options' related information that is required/asked.

  • Select Location - Select the desired location from the drop down.
  • Product Tools - Type in the specific product tool that is being used.
  • Variant SKU - Fill in the SKU code in the given box.
  • Category - Select one of the categories from the given category drop-down.
  • Brand - Select one of the Brands given from the drop-down.
  • View By - Select one of the options to view from: Product or Shelf/Bin.

Click on Search to perform search. You can download the results in the form of Pdf or Excel sheet by clicking on Download. You can check task history by clicking on Task History.

SKU Transactions Report
The SKU Transaction Report shows the stock flows of products against multiple actions such as GRN, Stock Movement, Stock Adjustment, Order, Picklist, Return, Cancel, and so on by date wise and helps in tracking product/stock. You can generate the report through various options such as location, SKU, from and to dates, and so on.

To perform this, you will need to:

  • Login to ACP
  • Navigate to Products
  • Click on Stock Management
  • Click on SKU Transaction Report

Search Options
Here, you will find search options for the SKU Transaction Report. Fill in the required information and click on Search.

  • Select Location - Choose the location from the drop-down.
  • SKU Variant - Fill in the SKU Variant in the given box.
  • From Date - Fill in the 'from' date from the calendar.
  • To Date - Fill in the 'to' date from the calendar.
  • Booking Type - Select one of the joking types from the given list in the drop-down.

You can download the report in the form of Excel sheet or Pdf by clicking on Download. You can also check task history by clicking on Task History.
