Product List

Through several search options offered under matching tabs, the Product List interface allows you to list out the items of your business or products that have been published to other marketplaces. The search results are shown in a tabular style, allowing you to sort or filter the goods, see or conceal individual columns, and so on. After the items have been listed, you may use the numerous choices below to do a variety of tasks on them.

These are the functions that are available:

  • Check the Listing Status of a marketplace's products
  • List the Non-listed Products
  • Delist the Listed Products
  • Review reasons for Rejected Products for correcting before re-uploading
  • Verify the uploaded Products once they have been listed

A catalog is a list of all the items offered in a Web store, organized by category. The catalog allows customers to quickly view the goods offered in your online business.

Product List allows you to create a list of your items based on a variety of search parameters, such as:

  • Title

  • SKU

  • Category

  • Product Status (either active or inactive items, or all products.)

  • Brand

  • Tags for Products

  • Vendor - A vendor is a company that provides goods or services to your shop.

  • Reject State: When you enable vendor self service,' this option will appear.

  • Location

  • Group of Products

After you've created a list of needed items, you can use it to accomplish a variety of tasks, including viewing/editing products, migrating Categories, adding/removing Product Tags, and much more.


How can I create a list of my own store's items based on various search criteria?

Select Product List from the drop-down menu. Then you'll be sent to the Product List page.

Multiple search criteria, such as Title/SKU/Category/Product Status/Brand/Product Tag/Vendor/Reject State/Location/Product Group, may be used to list the items in your own shop. This will generate a list of items based on the specified parameters.

To list the goods that match your search parameters, you may use single or multiple search options.

Enter the appropriate title in the Title text box to list the items by 'Product title.'

If your business has several languages set up, you'll see a language drop-down next to the Title text field.
Select the needed language from this drop-down and type the title in the appropriate language in the Title text box to search for items using the multilingual product title. Enter the corresponding SKU in the SKU text box to list the items by 'SKU.'

Click the dotted icon next to the Category drop-down to see a list of items organized by 'Category.' You'll see a Select Category dialogue box appear.

You have two options for searching the appropriate categories here:

  1. Slowly type the category name into the Category text box.
    You'll see an auto-completed list based on the parameters you supplied. Choose an appropriate Category from the drop-down menu.
  2. Select the required Category by expanding the Category hierarchy.
    Submit the form. The Select Category dialogue box will shut, and the Category text field will display the name of the selected Category.

Select an appropriate selection from the Product Status drop-down to list out depending on 'product status.'

Select the appropriate brand from the Brand drop-down to sort the goods by 'Brand.'

Select the appropriate product tag from the Product Tag drop-down to list the items by 'Product Tag.'

Click the Choose button in the Vendor box to list your store's items by 'Vendor' or 3rd party source. After that, you'll see a Select Seller dialogue box.

Click Submit after selecting the needed vendor. The dialogue box will be closed, and the selected vendor's 'Business Name' will be displayed in the Vendor box.

Select yes from the Reject State option to get a list of vendor items that have been rejected.

Select an appropriate choice from the Availability in eXchange drop-down to show Products based on 'availability in eXchange.'

Select the appropriate 'Stock Location' from the Location drop-down to list out the Products by 'stock location.'

Select a single search criterion or several criteria (if necessary) and click Go to generate a list of required items.

According to the search parameters, a list of items will be provided.

The Product List is shown in a Grid format by default (as shown in above figure).

Click the icon to see the 'Product List' in a List View, as shown below.

What are the various activities I may do with the product list?

From the 'product list,' you may execute the following activities:

To view the products, go to the 'Product View' page: By selecting the 'View' icon from the Product List grid's Actions column.

Products may be edited, categories can be migrated, and so on. Manage Product Images, Manage Additional Content, Manage Product Variants, Manage Attribute Values, Manage Delete the item (s), Create Product Groups and assign/remove Products to the appropriate Product Groups (s).


How to Add A New Product?

This interface makes it simple to add a variety of items to your online store, including:

  • Physical Product
  • Configurable Product
  • Time-Bounded Local Deal
  • Downloadable Product

Adding Physical Products

Each product should be assigned to an appropriate Category to make it easier for customers to discover it in your store.

Click the 'Add/Edit Physical Products' button in the Category text box to pick a Category. You'll see a Select Category dialogue box appear.


Product Details

Here you'll see the categories that have been set up in your store. Find the appropriate category and pick it.

The appropriate Category may be found by expanding the Category hierarchy and selecting the required Category.

Submit the form. The Select Category dialogue box will shut, and the Category text field will display the name of the selected category.

By just typing the beginning characters of the brand in the Brand text field, an auto-complete list of all your store's available brands (both custom and repository brands) will appear.

In the Product Title text box, type the product's name up to 100 characters long.

This Product can also have 'product variations' added to it. In the Product Details section, tick the "Does this product have product options/variants" checkbox.

In the Product SKU text box, type Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) ( max. limit is 50 characters)

Fill in the MRP/RRP text box with the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) in Indian Rupees, as well as the remaining information.


Product Stock Information

Inventory : This product's inventory is referred to as inventory. In the Inventory text box, enter the product's stock.

Package Quantity (Pkg Qty): The package quantity is the lot size (or batch size) of a given product that you accept. Only multiples of 'Pkg Qty' can be ordered as long as the order quantity meets the minimum order quantity' criterion.

Quantity in Reserve:
You can set a reserve amount for particular items (if required) to prevent orders from being placed after that number has been achieved.

Stock Level for Reordering:
Enter the quantity of the product you wish to repurchase.

Quantity of Stock Alert:
Enter the stock alert quantity for which you'd like to get an alert. This amount serves to notify you when the product's supply reaches this level, allowing you to take appropriate action.

Quantity Required for Minimum Order:
It's the minimal order quantity of a certain product that you're willing to accept.

Order Quantity Limit:
It's the maximum order quantity of a given product that you're willing to accept. This amount is the maximum that may be ordered.

Preorder / Backorder: Enable
End-users can utilize these alternatives to make purchasing selections when supply is limited or the product has not yet been released.


Payment and Delivery Information

In the Payment Information section, pick the relevant checkboxes based on your store's available checkout choices to customize the checkout options for this product.

Choose the appropriate delivery method for this product.

Short/Long Description

Click the Edit button in the Short Description text box to insert the short description.' A dialogue window with a short description will appear.

Click the Edit button in the Long Description text box to insert the 'long description.' A dialogue window with a long description will appear.

The Short Description and Long Description dialogues are WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editors for Microsoft Word, and any style you write here will be shown in the storefront in the same manner.

Product Images

Click the Upload Picture button in the Tiny Image text box to add a small image. This will bring up an Image Picker dialogue box, which will show the uploaded photos from the 'File Manager"s Small folder.

Click the Add Image button in the Large Image text box to add a large image. This will bring up an Image Picker dialogue box, which will show the uploaded photos from the 'File Manager"s Large folder.

Shipping Information

Select the relevant shipping code from the Available Codes column and click the arrow icon next to it to adjust the shipping charges for these goods.

Save and Next will take you to the next step. You'll be sent to the following page, where you may fill in the 'further information' section. The Additional Information tab will now appear in the upper right corner of the page.

OR

You may also save the 'product information' and return to the 'Product List' page by clicking the Save and Return to Product List button.

You may also save the 'product information' and create a new 'product' by clicking the Save and Add New button.


Configurable/Bundle Product

Bundle Offering is a term that refers to combining many of your Webstore's existing items into a single product. Bundle Products include things like assembled desktops, party apparel, and gift baskets.

You may establish multiple categories and assign appropriate items to them, which end-users can choose from when purchasing a personalized Bundle product. The bundled product's price and weight can be set to be fixed or dependent on the selected pieces (i.e. dynamic).

The details can be filled similarly in the same fashion given in the physical product addition as explained above.


Time Bound Local Deals

This interface lets you create and update 'Time Bound Local Bargains,' which are offline deals that clients may reserve by paying a 'Token Price' / partial amount.

Create a 'off-line Voucher Campaign,' link it to a relevant 'Fulfillment Service,' and use the 'Fulfillment Services' menu to map the 'Reference Code' of that off-line campaign to the offer.

When a user pays a token amount via online payment, a Voucher is issued, which should be shown at your physical location when paying the remaining money to complete the transaction.

Downloadable Products

Downloadable items are digital goods that cannot be physically delivered to clients. Customers can, however, download these things after making a purchase. You must correlate proper 'fulfillment service' with these items in order to give downloading capability. Gift vouchers, digital media, software, MP3s, and eBooks, among other things, can all be sold as downloadable items.
