Bulk Variant Attributes

Upload

Here you can assign attribute values to product variants against required locations in bulk quantity through an Excel file.

To do so, you'll need to:

• Login to ACP
• Navigate to Products
• Click on Bulk Tools
• Click on Bulk Variant Attribute Upload

From here, you will have to download the default Excel format, update the Excel and upload. Download the excel template by clicking on the link and then browse it to upload it. You can specify attribute values against existing attributes only and you cannot add new attributes here.

When the attributes are predefined, you will have to know the existing predefined attribute values and you must enter only the respective attribute values.

The upload status against each upload will be updated in run-time under the Task History section. Here, you can delete any uploaded task by clicking delete icon and you can also view the log summary of failed rows by clicking on view log icon under Actions.

Download and Upload

From this interface you can both download and upload the excel file of the product attribute sheet.
To do so, you will have to:

• Login to ACP
• Navigate to Products
• Click on Bulk Tools
• Click on Bulk Variant Attribute Download and Upload

From under the Download section, you can find the category by clicking on Choose. Then, click on Download to download it.

Go under Upload and browse the file that you wish to upload, click on Upload and you're good to go.

Note: The same rules apply here, again. The maximum row limit is set to br 10,000 and it should not contain any formulas and empty rows.

The task history will show you the latest updates in the following table.

During each upload, you can find the upload status, total rows, failed rows due to validation and exceptions being updated in runtime under the Product Attribute Uploads section. You can download the respective uploaded attributes data by clicking the Excel icon under the Actions column. You can also delete or view logs from under Actions.
