Call For Actions

The call for actions are the methods that generate leads and serve as interfaces between you and your customers. End-users are prompted to communicate their contact information to you for needed information/action by properly designed 'Call for Actions' that show on the Product Details page. From here, you can adjust Notifications and set up Auto-generated email templates.

Through the Anywhere Commerce control panel, you can set strategic 'calls for actions' and push users to enter contact information in an inconspicuous manner. Few customers will ask for a demonstration or for additional information about the product than what is offered on the page.
The "Call for Action" connections can allow these clients to submit a request that is related to the "Call for Action," and as a result, you will get information about your potential customers and be able to convert those leads into profitable purchases.

You can do the following using this feature:

  • Capture leads with soft communication by using a call to action.

  • Using an XML-based form editor, create a new 'Call for Action' from the ground up.

  • Text boxes, check/tick boxes, radio boxes, and drop down lists are just a few of the data entry controls and HTML components you may use.

  • Connect the fields on the form to the fields in the lead database.

  • Visit the store and place an order for the product.

  • Invoice Proforma
  • Inquire about availability.
